The Cylburn Arboretum Association, a volunteer organization, maintains an office in the Mansion. The Association members work cooperatively with the Division of Horticulture to sponsor many events during the year.
For further information call 410-367-2217 9AM-2PM; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. All events are free unless otherwise noted. When reservations are required, payment by check (or cash) must accompany your reservation.

Ongoing Activities

Nature Story Hour at Cylburn:
For children ages 3 to 6 Every Thursday from 10-11AM
Fee: $1 per child, Adults free, no charge for chaperones.
Weather permitting a short nature walk will follow story hour.

Drop-In Crafts
Saturday, September 9th; October 14th; November 11th
10a.m. to Noon
Suggested Donation : $2-3/child

Two nature craft projects will be available for children and their accompanying adult at this drop-in session in the Mansion. This workshop is offered to children between the ages of 5 and 10. Cylburn's volunteers will thoughtfully guide the young - and the young at heart - in creating wonderful take home crafts, such as pressed flower bookmarks, terrariums, and more. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Garden Walk
Saturday, September 9th
October 14th; November 11th
12:15 p.m. Cost: Free
Join Cylburns's naturalist, Glenda Weber, for a guided Garden Walk and watch for signs of the season ;while hearing about Cylburn's highlighted seasonal features. Meet on the front porch.

Fall Migration Walk
Every Sunday from September 3rd until October 22nd; 8:30 a.m.
Cost: Free
Join members of the Baltimore Bird Club for easy birding without a designated leader. The group meets on the front porch of the Mansion.
